Ademola Lookman says he is eager to make his debut for Spanish club, Atletico Madrid.

Lookman trained with his new teammates for the first time on Tuesday following his arrival from Serie A club Atalanta.

Atletico Madrid are gearing up for Thursday night’s Copa del Rey quarter-final clash with Real Betis.

Lookman is expected to make his maiden appearance for Diego Simeone’s side in the game.

The Nigeria international said he is looking forward to featuring in the game.

“I trained with the whole team and it’s been fantastic, it’s good to get to know my teammates. If they give me the opportunity, I’ll be ready,” Lookman was quoted by eldesmarque.com.
