The Social Democratic party, SDP has called for the disbandment of the state Rapid response Squad led by CSP Femi Ojo for allegedly allowing himself to be used for ochestrating violence in parts of the Eastern Senatorial Districts.

We in SDP as law abiding citizens call on the Inspector general of police to instruct the Kogi state police Commissioner,Cp Bernard Onuoha to disband the squad and remove the CSP Femi Ojo as he has overstay his welcome in the area.

“From our records,we found out that CSP Femi Ojo has spent about six years there and had become spent force supporting illegalities in Kogi East”

According to him,”we in SDP wants power but not through violence and illegalities,we are going to do everything legally possible to wrestle power from them.” Babanawa said.
