    Kogi Gov’ship Election free,fair, credible, verifiable-National Commissioner

    The INEC National Commissioner in charge of Kogi, Kwara and Niger states, Professor Dani Mohammed Adam has said that the just concluded Governoship election in Kogi state is free, fair, credible and verifiable.

    Professor Dani Adam was speaking on Friday in Lokoja at the presentation of certificate of return to the Governor-Elect, Ahmed Usman Ododo and his Deputy -elect,Joel Salifu Oyibo at the INEC state head office, Lokoja.

    Professor Adams said there were enough evidences to make the conclusion that the Election was not only free and fair,but credible and even verifiable by all.

    Also corobotatting the position of his boss,the Kogi state Resident Electoral Commissioner, Dr Gabriel Longpet said there was no doubt about the credibility of the election that adding that “declaring Ododo and Oyibo the Governor-Elect and Deputy elect respectively was the best thing to do”

    He called on all other contestants to exhibit the spirit of sportsmanship and join hands with the Governor-Elect and Deputy Governor-Elect to enable the people reap the dividends of democracy
