    JAMB: NSCDC boss monitors CBT centers, urges professional demeanor among officers

    Anambra State Commandant of Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps (NSCDC) Comdt Maku Olatunde has called on officers and men to remain courteous and respectful while covering the ongoing JAMB CBT examination across the state.

    Maku gave the advice while interacting with deployed personnel during an on the spot assessment to several examination centers in Awka.

    The visited centers, including JAMB Office ICT Center, St. Patrick’s College Awka, and St. John of God Awka, reported smooth proceedings with robust security, zero incidents, and JAMB officials assisting candidates.

    The NSCDC boss stressed the need for politeness and civility, reminding them that their conduct would reflect not only on themselves but also on the entire security agency.

    “I commend you for your diligence and professionalism in ensuring a secure and peaceful JAMB examination process.

    “I must emphasize the importance of maintaining a professional demeanor, especially in your interactions with candidates, thereby ensuring a positive experience for all,” he added.

    Meanwhile, a separate monitoring team, led by Deputy Commandants Prominence Ukaobi, Akaachia Godwin and Alada Yakubu was deployed to oversee security at JAMB centers outside Awka metropolis.
