The National Chairman of the Nigeria Football Supporters Club (NFSC), Rev. (Amb.) Samuel Ikpea, has congratulated Super Eagles striker Victor Osimhen for scoring a hat-trick for his club, Galatasaray, in the UEFA Champions League.

In a statement from the NFSC Secretariat, Ikpea praised Osimhen’s consistency and passion, describing him as “a true representation of Nigerian excellence on the global stage.”

“This hat-trick didn’t just secure victory for Galatasaray over Ajax — it reminded the world of Osimhen’s class and fighting spirit. We are proud of him,” Ikpea said.

He, however, urged the forward to carry the same form into Nigeria’s upcoming World Cup playoff against Gabon on November 13, 2025, in Morocco.

Osimhen has scored six goals so far in the current Champions League campaign and is expected to spearhead the Super Eagles’ attack in the crucial fixture.
