Grammy-winning Nigerian singer Temilade Openiyi, better known by her stage as Tems, has revealed that she and her mother share a special bond.

The Mr. Rebel singer disclosed that she and her mother share everything.

In an interview with ET conducted on the sidelines of Sunday’s 67th annual Grammy Awards in Los Angeles, Tems revealed this.

“My mother is the owner of what I possess.” “Everything I own is shared with you,” she said.

Tems expressed her gratitude to God for her Grammy victory. Thank you. It’s a blessing, in my opinion. I am really fortunate and favored. I simply want to spread that as widely as possible.

Tems’ “Love Me Jeje” took home the Grammy for Best African Music Performance on Sunday.

She dedicated the award to her mother when she accepted it on stage.

The singer has previously said that their mother reared her and her brother alone.
