The meeting, he said, organised by the Nigerian Electricity Regulatory Commission (NERC), aims to raise awareness about customer rights and obligations.

Ezeh noted that customers from various districts in Anambra including Abagana, Awka, Ekwulobia, Nnewi, Obosi, Ogbaru, Ogidi, and Onitsha are encouraged to attend the meeting to have their complaints addressed promptly.

The statement read: “The management of Enugu Electricity Distribution Company Plc (EEDC) invites our esteemed customers in Anambra State to a 3-Day Customer Complaints Resolution Meeting.

“This meeting will be held from Thursday 4th to Saturday 6th Sept., 2025 at Hilton Leisure Resorts and Hotels Limited off Enugu-Onitsha Expressway, Awka.

“There will be on-the-spot resolution of complaints.”

He further encouraged customers within the company franchise to present their grievances, as it would also serve as an opportunity for feedback and dialogue aimed at enhancing the quality of electricity service delivery.
