    Aregbesola denies apology report, emphasizes no ill will

    Former Governor Rauf Aregbesola of Osun State clarified on Wednesday that he holds no conflicts with anyone and is committed to collaborating with anyone to bring the progressive party back into power in the state.He refuted false reports in certain media outlets claiming that he attributed his actions to the devil and was seeking forgiveness. Aregbesola emphasized the importance of healing and letting go of personal interests within the All Progressives Congress (APC) as the party moves forward.During his homecoming reception at the palace of the Ataoja of Osogbo, Oba Jimoh Oyetunji Olanipekun, after his tenure as Minister of Interior, Aregbesola called upon stakeholders, including true progressives, traditional leaders, and social institutions, to unite in preparation for upcoming elections.Aregbesola expressed his lack of animosity towards anyone in Osogbo or Osun and his willingness to collaborate with anyone who wishes to work with him. He acknowledged that some individuals may have grievances, but he personally holds no grudges.He also requested the Ataoja’s intercession on his behalf with those who have chosen a different path. Aregbesola assured that the interests of Osogbo and Osun are always his priority, regardless of his location or position.
