    Aisha Yesufu warns Nigerians of coalition against Tinubu

    Popular social-political activist Aisha Yesufu has issued a warning to Nigerians as the alliance against the current government continues to gather steam.

    Leading disgruntled politicians from both the North and the South are banding together to oppose President Bola Tinubu’s administration.

    Political figures who have pledged to depose Tinubu in 2027 include former Kaduna State governor Nasir El-Rufai, former Vice President Alhaji Atiku Abubakar, and Chibuike Amaechi, a leader of the All Progressives Congress, or APC.

    Mrs. Yesufu urged individuals to get active in politics in a post on X on Monday, warning that it shouldn’t be left to those with 200 million Naira.

    “Dear Nigerians, lead the coalition together. Take part in it. Make the decisions! Make demands!

    “Dear Nigerians, lead the coalition together. Take part in it. Make the decisions! “Make demands!” she wrote.

    “Request seats and tickets! roles for legislative and executive roles are being filled by the typical politicians.

    “Which senators, members of the House of Representatives, or members of your state assembly do you want?”

    Include those in the coalition discussion.

    “Those who can afford to spend 200 million Naira on forms alone shouldn’t be allowed to participate in politics.”
