    NELFUND Hosts CIPM Delegation to Strengthen Professional Collaboration

    The Nigerian Education Loan Fund (NELFUND) on Tuesday received a courtesy visit from the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria (CIPM), led by its Registrar/Chief Executive, Mrs. Oluwatoyin Naiwo, FCIPM, as part of efforts to deepen professional engagement and explore avenues for strategic collaboration.

    The CIPM delegation was welcomed by the Managing Director/Chief Executive of NELFUND, Mr. Akintunde Sawyerr, alongside members of the Fund’s Management and Human Resources team. Among those present were Dr. Zino Ugboma, Director of Human Resources; Mr. Shola Fowobaje, Director, SERVICOM; Miss Ugoeze Azubike, Deputy Director, SERVICOM; Dr. Christiana Adeyeye of Human Resources; Hajiya Asmau Adamu Aliyu of Human Resources; Mr. Nasir Ayitogo, Technical Assistant to the MD/CE; Miss Juliet Jibrin Ashiya, Executive Assistant to the MD/CE; and Mr. Baba Sadiq Musami.

    The CIPM team expressed delight at the presence of Dr. Zino Ugboma and Mr. Shola Fowobaje, both respected members of the Institute, noting their continued contribution to advancing professional standards in human resource management.

    Discussions during the meeting focused on strengthening institutional ties, enhancing capacity development, and promoting best practices in human resource management. Both organisations explored opportunities for strategic initiatives aimed at improving operational efficiency and institutional growth.

    Speaking at the meeting, the Managing Director/Chief Executive reaffirmed NELFUND’s commitment to fostering professional partnerships that enhance institutional capacity and support the effective delivery of its mandate.

    The visit underscores NELFUND’s dedication to building strong collaborations that promote operational excellence and sustainable growth.
