What I dislike about myself – Messi

    Published on

Argentina captain, Lionel Messi has revealed what he dislikes about himself.

In a recent interview with Luzu TV, Messi revealed a personal struggle he faces, explaining that he tends to isolate himself when experiencing a particular mindset.

The Inter Miami forward, however, admitted that it’s often his son, Mateo, who can bring him back from this state.

“The thing I like least about myself is that when I get into a certain state, I shut myself off, and it is hard for me to get out of it,” Messi said.

“Any triviality, sometimes even something simple, changes my mood, so I go into a state of withdrawal, and it’s hard for me to get out of it.

“The person who gets me out of that state quickly is my son Mateo; he is the one who can do that.”

Messi is expected to be part of the Argentina squad for the FIFA World Cup tournament.
