Israel has confirmed that the 20 remaining hostages have been released and are currently under military protection.
This announcement follows United States President Donald Trump’s declaration that the war in Gaza has ended.

Trump arrived in Tel Aviv this morning, where he addressed the parliament.

Trump and the Israeli Prime Minister are expected to attend a peace summit in Egypt with other world leaders.

The summit will focus on addressing the plight of civilians displaced and injured due to the war between Israel and Hamas.

The United States remains hopeful that peace will return to the region.
