    VDM calls out General Hospital staff for allegedly failing to treat accident victims

    Social critic, Martis Otse aka VeryDarkMan VDM has called out staff of the Gbagada General Hospital in Lagos for allegedly failing to attend to accident victims rushed to their facility by kindhearted Nigerians.

    According to VDM, a major accident occurred on the third mainland bridge that left some motorists with serious injury and others inside the lagoon without trace.

    VDM said some good Samaritans including a friend of his rallied around and were able to evacuate some of the victims to the Gbagada General Hospital. He alleged that the staff of the hospital were about who was going to pay for the treatment of the victims instead of paying attention to their deteriorating health.

    VDM a male victim required blood transfusion but was allegedly not attending to as the hospital insisted, they made a payment of N50, 000. He said despite raising N40, 000, the hospital staff refused to collect the money and insisted on full payment.

    VDM said sadly, the man who needed the blood transfusion, died.

    He called out the hospital staff for allegedly being unkind to the accident victims. The hospital is yet to react to this allegation.
