There is high tension in Nasarawa State ahead of the proclamation of the 7th State Assembly by Governor Abdullahi Sule expected for this June as a principal officer of the House, the Deputy Majority leader Hon.Daniel Ogah Ogazi(APC kokona East) was involved in certificate forgery.
The lawmaker was also accused of having hand in the killing of three persons during his election as well as instigating crisis in his L.G kokona leading to lost of lives and distruction of properties.
It was gathered that his certificate fulgery case has been with the EFCC for some while now where he was on interrogation and watch list of the anti-graft agency until recently when the school he claimed to have graduated and obtained his degree released documents and list of students that graduated in the institution where Ogazi name was not found.
The document which has full list of students that graduated on the year Hon. Ogazi claimed to have graduated reads in part.

It was also revealed that the police are investigating the killing of three persons died during his election and his was fingered on crisis in Kokona LGA that recently claimed many lives and distribution of properties.
These development has rised high level of concern, uproar, anxiety and disappointment in the State after the secret was revealed that the lawmaker has been in the House for the past Eight years with fake certificate beside he is one of the aspirants contesting for the highest position of lawmaking in the state, the speakership position.
There is also fear in the State that INEC may withdraw his certificate of return thus leading to suspending of his inauguration.
It was further gathered that the Fulani communities have written a petition against him for alleged involvement and instigating crisis that resulted to lost of lives a copy obtained by the media outfit
