Fans and social media users were left in surprise as rapper Snoop Dogg revealed that his recent announcement about quitting smoking was, in fact, a clever marketing stunt. On November 20, 2023, Snoop Dogg deleted his previous posts and shared a video, which turned out to be an advertisement for a smokeless stove.

In the video, he announced, “I have an announcement, I’m giving up smoke. I know what you’re thinking, ‘Snoop, smoke is kinda your whole thing.’ But I’m done with it, I’m going smokeless.”

Fans and followers reacted to the revelation, with many praising him as a marketing genius. Some users acknowledged that they had suspected the initial post about quitting smoking was not genuine. However, not everyone found the stunt amusing, and some criticized Snoop Dogg for being insensitive to those struggling with addiction.

Snoop Dogg’s career has been synonymous with his love for smoking, and his recent stunt added another memorable chapter to his unconventional and entertaining public persona.
