    Princess Nnabuife, a true pathfinder of Orumba

    Although, her admirers and supporters will never hear or see anybody assess Princess Chinwe Nnabuife, the representative of Orumba North/South Federal Constituency of Anambra State at the National Assembly poor in performance, but those who wouldn’t see anything good in her performance or what she has ever done and the oppositions, will stop at nothing to discredit her. To that, here, Ekuson Nw’Ogbunka, takes a look at her performance so far.

    However, one may not be far from truth for giving her credit for performance, having proven herself to be a transformative leader, embodying the qualities of a true pathfinder. Her leadership style, according to those who have been following the trend, is aptly captured by John C. Maxwell’s quote: “A leader is one who knows the way, goes the way, and shows the way.”

    Since taking office, Hon. Nnabuife has demonstrated remarkable courage and dedication to her constituents, delivering tangible results through strategic representation and community-centered initiatives. Her passion for development has made her a beacon of hope for Ndi Orumba North and South, inspiring a new wave of progress and growth in the region.

    On her key achievements, with regard to
    women’s empowerment, Hon. Nnabuife has been a vocal advocate for women’s inclusion in politics, recognizing the importance of gender equality in governance. She has championed initiatives to increase women’s participation in decision-making processes.

    On the area of the welfare of the youths, her administration was said to have facilitated youth empowerment programs, equipping young people with skills and opportunities to drive economic growth and development, even as she was also said to have supported educational initiatives and healthcare outreach programs, improving access to quality education and healthcare services for her constituents.
