    Police Launch Manhunt for Killers of NYSC Member in Kaduna

    The Kaduna State Police Command has initiated a manhunt for the killers of a member of the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC), Grace Chalya Silas. Silas was brutally stabbed to death by unknown attackers during her morning jog in Barnawa, Kaduna South Local Government Area. According to the spokesperson of the Kaduna Police Command, ASP Mansir Hassan, the assailants, who were phone snatchers on motorcycles, attacked Silas and left her in a pool of blood. Despite swift response from the police, Silas was pronounced dead after being rushed to a clinic. The Kaduna Commissioner of Police, CP Musa Yusuf Garba, has ordered an investigation and mobilized police operatives to track down the perpetrators. The incident has been described as tragic, and the police are collaborating with NYSC officials in the state to address the situation.
