    ORJI UZOR KALU MOURNS AS HE LOSES WIFE| SOUTHWEST FIRST ALERT MAGAZINE

    The Chief Whip of the Nigerian Senate, Orji Uzor Kalu has announced the death of his wife, Ifeoma Ada Kalu at the age of 61.

    He made the announcement in a statement released on his Facebook page on Monday.

    The former Abia State Governor said a memorial service in her honour is scheduled to hold in the United States of America (USA).

    In the personally signed statement, he also asked for prayers for her and her loved ones as they go through the difficult time.

    He wrote: “With a heavy heart and pain, we announce the passing on to eternal glory of Mrs Ifeoma Ada Kalu aged 61 years.
    “She was a woman of virtue who was committed to the service of God and humanity.

    “A memorial service in her honour is scheduled to hold in the United States of America (USA).

    “Please remember her and loved ones in prayers at this difficult period.
