    Kano State experienced turmoil on Monday morning as a fire erupted at an engine oil depot, resulting in the tragic death of one individual. The incident, which occurred at a facility located at Hotoro Eastern bypass, led to significant destruction of multiple buildings within the depot.

    Reports indicate that the state fire service responded promptly to the inferno, dispatching firefighters who worked diligently to quell the flames. Local residents sought safety as emergency responders addressed the situation.

    An eyewitness, quoted by Daily Trust, revealed that the fire outbreak occurred with the arrival of an oil tanker loaded with oil at the depot. As of the current report, details about the extent of the damage caused by the fire remain limited.
