    NYCN salutes Kebbi governor on Eid adha

    Kebbi state branch of National youth council of Nigeria ( NYCN) has joined hundreds of Muslims in celebrating Eid adha and extended warm felicitations to Kebbi youths and the governor of Kebbi state,Dr Nasir Idris ( Kauran Gwandu).
    The youth body in a statement signed by Kebbi state chairman, engineer Ahmed Rufai Khalifa described the period of sallah as a time for fervent prayers for peace and unity of Nigeria as one indivisible nation that have endured challenges.
    Khalifa described the governor of Kebbi as a youth friendly governor who is operating an all inclusive youth friendly government where thousands of youth in Kebbi state are benefitting.
    ” We have decided to celebrates the governor for his rapid developmental strides in all the sectors in Kebbi state , education, health and human capacity building all have received the his huge attention “.
    He reaffirmed the council’s support to Idris led government and pledged to protect the rights and privileges of youth in Kebbi state.
    While advocating for more political seats for Kebbi and Nigerian youth, he said youth participation in politics will shape democracy and bring about dividends of democracy to the grassroots level in Kebbi and Nigeria.
