‎The Nigeria Union of Journalists (NUJ), FCT Council has expressed sadness over the death of its former Chairman, Comrade Patrick Osadebamwen.

‎

‎In a statement issued in Abuja, by the Secretary of the Council, Comrade Jide Oyekunle, the Council said it received the news of Osadebamwen’s passing with sadness, following confirmation from his friends.

‎

‎Late Osadebamwen, who worked with the Union Newspaper, Core TV, and The Nigerian Tribune before joining Kaftan TV, is survived by three children.

‎

‎”The NUJ FCT Council extends its condolences to his family, colleagues, friends and associates, and prays that God will grant them the strength to bear the loss.

‎

‎”The Council also calls on members of the Union to remember the family in their prayers and pray for the repose of his soul as plans for the burial arrangements are underway,” the Council added.
