The Nigerian Education Loan Fund (NELFUND) has successfully concluded its two-day staff induction programme, aimed at strengthening institutional alignment, enhancing collaboration, and reinforcing the organisation’s core values.

In a statement issued by the Strategic Communications Department, the organisation commended the Human Resources Department, led by Dr. Zino Ugboma, as well as members of the Induction Committee, for delivering what it described as an engaging, insightful, and impactful programme.

The induction sessions featured the active participation of the Managing Director/Chief Executive, Mr. Akintunde Sawyerr, alongside Executive Directors and senior management staff, including the General Counsel and Board Secretary, Dr. Fred Femi Akinfala, Mr. Mustapha Iyal, and Mrs. Funmi Alagbada.
Also in attendance were directors, consultants, and external facilitators who contributed to strategic and thought-provoking discussions across key thematic areas.
According to the statement, the programme provided participants with valuable institutional insights, professional guidance, and practical perspectives, all geared toward reinforcing NELFUND’s vision, culture, and operational objectives.
The organisation noted that the induction served as a vital platform for deepening staff understanding of their roles while promoting a shared commitment to delivering on NELFUND’s mandate.
