In a significant development for Nigeria’s energy sector, Engr. Jennifer Adighije, the Managing Director and CEO of the Niger Delta Power Holding Company Limited (NDPHC), recently presented the company’s new vision to Adebayo Adelabu, the Honourable Minister of Power. The meeting underscored NDPHC’s commitment to align its operational strategies with the Federal Ministry of Power’s mandate.

Adighije emphasized the company’s unique position as the largest power generation entity within the Nigerian Electricity Supply Industry (NESI). She outlined a strategic work plan aimed at capturing a larger share of the energy market, reinforcing NDPHC’s role in enhancing Nigeria’s power supply.

The collaboration between NDPHC and the Ministry reflects a unified effort to improve the nation’s electricity infrastructure and meet the growing energy demands of the population. Engr. Adighije’s leadership signals a proactive approach to tackling the challenges facing the sector and driving sustainable development.

As NDPHC prepares to implement its ambitious vision, the focus will remain on ensuring reliable power delivery and contributing to the government’s broader goals of economic growth and energy accessibility.
