Movement for Election of Nigeria President of Igbo Extraction has express their gratitude and satisfaction to Nigerians of all works of life for their unprecedented and unequal love, support and solidarity demonstrated for Obi-Datti presidential aspiration under Labour Party during One Million Match held in many states of the federation.
According to the group, Nigerians have indicated and demonstrated in words and actions that they desired and deserved better Nigeria, good governance, safe and secured country.
” It is pertinent to note that the selfless sacrifices of citizenry towards Obi-Datti Of Labour Party based on patriotism, character, competent, capability and capacity is a clear indication that mission and vision to rescue and establish new Nigeria of our dreams, hopes and aspiration is on course and achievable in tandem with aspiration and philosophy of our founding fathers” the group stated
This was contained in a press statement endorsed by the National Convener of the Movement Comrade Evangelist Vincent Ezekwueme and Secretary Professor Justice Chidi described the current political awareness as very healthy and good for our democracy as clear indication that power belongs to the people. This is pan Nigeria project as most supporters selflessly out of their patriotism, conscience and conviction are supporting the redemptive, rescue and restore mission of Obi-Datti.
“We commend the patriotism and professionalism of security personnel during the solidarity rallies as well as peaceful, responsible and mature conduct displayed by all the Obi-dient Movements that participated.
It is prime importance that by the grace of God and with your supports and solidarity Obi-Datti victory will certainly accelerates socio- economic development, restore security, tackles unemployment, injustices, insurgency, agitations, , agitations and youths restiveness.
