    First Lady Oluremi Tinubu travels to Minna to meet with Abdulsalam Abubakar, IBB

    Former military leaders Ibrahim Babangida and Abdulsalami Abubakar were visited privately in Minna, Niger State, by Nigeria’s First Lady Senator Oluremi Tinubu.

    During the visits, Oluremi reiterated the nation’s dedication to attaining stability, economic growth, and development.

    Although her meeting was private, the First Lady clarified that she would not overlook thanking the two former leaders for their fatherly role in the 2023 presidential election.

    Additionally, Mrs. Tinibu recognized their efforts to educate Nigerians on the significance of eliminating subsidies.

    Hajiya Nana Shettima, the vice president’s wife, and other senior government officials accompanied the First Lady on the visit.

    In response, Abubakar expressed gratitude for the visit and promised to keep up his support for the advancement of the nation.
