    Federal High Court, Lafia strikes out Hon Ogazi’s case against Nasarawa Speaker Balarabe Abdullahi, others.

    The Federal High Court Sitting in Lafia, has today Monday stroke out the Originating Summons filed by Hon. Daniel Ogazi and others against Rt. Hon Speaker Nasarawa State House of Assembly Ibrahim Balarabe Abdullahi and others.

    The Presiding Judge, Justice Nehizena Idemudia Afolabi stroke out the case when it came up today in Lafia.

    The court has also awarded cost of 300 000 to Speaker Balarabe and 100 000 each to other set of respondents that put in appearances on the case for dragging them to Court and waisted their time.

    It will be recalled that Hon Ogazi led faction has dragged the Speaker of the Nasarawa State House of Assembly to FHC Lafia, over leadership tussle.

    The proceeding of today brought to an end the suit filed by Ogazi led faction in FHC Lafia against the Rt. Hon. Speaker of the Nasarawa State House of Assembly and Other Members of the Seventh Assembly.
