    Published on

Dan-Asabe, a DJ, was brought before the court by the police following a complaint from the school’s management regarding his disruptive activities. It was alleged that his loud music was causing disruptions during class sessions.

The prosecutor, Inspector Bashir Wada, informed the court that the defendant had played music at such high volumes that students were unable to hear their teachers. Additionally, the music played by Dan-Asabe was said to have violated the norms and traditions of the state.

According to the prosecutor, when the school authorities approached him with their concerns, the DJ not only refused to lower the volume but also increased it intentionally.

During the court proceedings, the defendant pleaded guilty to the charges. Following this, Judge Munzali Idris Gwadabe ordered Dan-Asabe’s remand and adjourned the case to July 6 for further proceedings and potential sanctions.
