Borno state has maintained the lead in the number of registered voters at the ongoing voter registration exercise by the Independent National Electoral Commission, (INEC)
INEC in a statement released Monday on the exercise, noted that Borno state has led with the highest number of registered voters in the past two months, since the commencement of the voter registration exercise
The commission revealed that over 7.4 million Nigerians have pre-registered online for their Permanent Voter Cards, PVCs.
INEC’s records show that Borno has the highest number of registered voters, so far, while Abia has the lowest.
