    Approximately 12 individuals involved in internet fraud, commonly referred to as “Yahoo Boys,”

    have been apprehended for their alleged involvement in burying a newborn baby alive in a shallow grave. The incident is said to have occurred after they performed a money-making ritual at the Andoni waterfront in Eagle Island, Port Harcourt.

    Members of the Port Harcourt Local Government Security Watch noticed a group of young men acting suspiciously on the waterfront, prompting them to contact the police. Upon investigation, both groups discovered that the individuals had buried a baby as part of a ritual.

    The Chairman of the Port Harcourt Security outfit, Victor Ohaji, confirmed the distressing event. He explained that his group received information that a group of internet fraudsters, commonly known as “Yahoo boys,” were engaging in ritualistic activities at the waterfront on the morning of August 23.
