    APC affirms Tilli, 16 others as Kebbi house of assembly candidates in Kebbi

    The ruling All progressives congress in Kebbi state, on Wednesday affirmed sixteen state lawmakers as party flag bearers in the just concluded affirmation and/ or concensus candidates.

    Muhammad Umar Tilli new breed politician was among the aspirants affirmed by the ruling party, Tilli will replace a serving lawmaker from his area Yusuf Till who failed to secure a return ticket.

    However, no fewer than eight out of twenty four serving state lawmakers failed to secure return tickets across Kebbi state.

    Speaking at the affirmation event held at Bunza, Sahabi Muhammed Tilli a close brother to Muhammad Tilli thanked thousands who thronged  Bunza town to witness the event which drew friends from far and near to witness the new breed politician affirmation.

    Earlier, in his speech, the visibly elated candidate pledged to carry everyone along to ensure even distribution of dividends of democracy.

    ” We will work hard to bring our people closer to the government to benefit from the valuable projects of Kebbi governor, Dr Nasir Idris being delivered to the grassroots”.

    Tilli also commended governor Idris, his brother Sahabi Muhammed Tilli, Dr Usman Tunga and the leadership of the ruling party APC for their enormous support to his candidature.
