‎The Accord Party candidate for Obokun/Oriade Federal Constituency, Pelumi Olajengbesi, has said that President Bola Tinubu would secure over one million votes in Osun State in the 2027 presidential election.

‎Olajengbesi said this weekend after meeting with the President’s son, Seyi Tinubu.

‎

‎In a statement he personally signed, the candidate said reconciliation in the state after the governorship election has opened a window to mobilise for Tinubu.

‎

‎He attributed the prospects to Governor Ademola Adeleke’s commitment to the President.

‎

‎”With the reconciliation achieved in Osun State and the commitment expressed by Governor Ademola Adeleke towards President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, our political objective is clear to mobilize over one million votes for President Tinubu in Osun State in the next presidential election,” he said.

‎

‎Olajengbesi said the focus now is on building a broad coalition ahead of 2027.

‎

‎He praised Seyi Tinubu for supporting youth inclusion in governance and for what he described as his fair stance during the Osun governorship election, noting that the President’s son has become a critical bridge between the administration and young Nigerians.

‎”Perhaps one of the most consequential bets young Nigerians have had around this administration is Seyi Tinubu.

‎

‎”He has consistently chosen to engage with young people, strengthen the negotiating power of our generation, support aspirations, open doors, build relationships and invest in possibilities,” Olajengbesi said.
