APC to Hold NEC Meeting on July 11: Adamu, Iyiola Omisore, and Others Await Verdict

    Published on

The All Progressives Congress (APC) is set to convene meetings of its National Caucus and the long-awaited National Executive Committee (NEC) on July 10 and 11 respectively. These gatherings are expected to provide a platform for addressing the ongoing crisis within the party and may determine the fate of Senator Abdullahi Adamu, the National Chairman of the APC, and Iyiola Omisore, the National Secretary, who have both been accused of violating the party’s constitution.

President Bola Tinubu will chair these significant sessions of the party’s two statutory bodies. The meetings will also be attended by Vice President Kashim Shettima, former President Muhammadu Buhari, current and former APC governors, as well as former and current Senate presidents, Speakers of the House of Representatives, the National Working Committee, and other party stakeholders.
