    Tinubu Concludes Paris Summit, Heads to London for Private Visit

    President Bola Tinubu has successfully concluded his official trip to Paris, France, where he actively participated in the summit for ‘A New Global Financing Pact’ hosted by French President Emmanuel Macron. Throughout the event, Tinubu represented Nigeria effectively and engaged in high-profile meetings with heads of state, government officials, global business leaders, and executives from prominent multilateral and development finance institutions.

    During the summit, Tinubu seized the global platform to advocate for widening the fiscal space, promoting economic justice for Africa amidst the acceleration of the energy transition, and addressing pressing issues such as poverty and climate change.

    Originally scheduled to return to Abuja on Saturday, President Tinubu will now embark on a brief private visit to London, United Kingdom. The purpose of this visit has not been disclosed.

    It is expected that President Tinubu will return to the country in time to celebrate the upcoming Eid-el-Kabir festival.
