A deeply unfortunate incident occurred when a man named Obiyor, hailing from Obazu Mbieri in Imo State, lost his life during a sexual encounter with his married lover. The woman, who is married to another man, fell into a coma following the incident.

The distressing event took place on Tuesday, and the female partner was promptly rushed to a hospital. As of now, she remains unconscious, unable to regain consciousness. The deceased father of four has been taken to a morgue.

According to reports, the two individuals had checked into a guest house situated in the commercial area of the community. Tragically, the man suddenly collapsed and passed away shortly after they left the premises.

Sources revealed that the pair were engaged in an intimate relationship, despite the woman being married and residing with her husband and their two children in Umuchoke Obazu.

Nokey Ebikam, a community leader, expressed condemnation over the incident and offered a cautionary message to married women, urging them to exercise caution.

He stated, “Be careful, married women. It happened in Mbieri just yesterday.”

Upon reaching out to the spokesperson of the Imo State Police Command in Owerri, Henry Okoye, for confirmation, he indicated that he had not been briefed on the incident at that time.
