The Director of Human Resources at the Nigerian Education Loan Fund (NELFUND), Dr. Zino Ugboma, has been nominated as the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria (CIPM), Abuja Branch’s Personality of the Month in the honorary category.

The nomination, conveyed in an official letter signed by the Chairman of the CIPM Abuja Branch, Aina Segun Aina, ACIPM, recognises Dr. Ugboma’s outstanding leadership, significant contributions to the human resource profession, and lasting impact on organisations and society.
