    Another 260 Nigerians Arrived Lagos From South Africa

    Another batch of 260 Nigerians today landed Muritala Mohammed International Airport Lagos from South Africa today.

    They came under the Federal Government assisted repatriation effort using Air Peace airline.

    The Air Peace flight carrying 260 Nigerians landed about 10:30am in Lagos this morning.

    In all, this is fourth flights from South Africa as part of Nigerian government effort to repatriate Nigerians as part of that country’s decision to send non documented immigrants to their respective countries.

    It was gathered that over 1000 Nigerians in South Africa have registered voluntarily with Nigerian Mission in South Africa to return back to the country.

    Officials said about three more flights are scheduled for further evacuation of Nigerians from South Africa.

    It is estimated that over 800 Nigerians have so far been evacuated to Nigeria,
