    Jaba LG Chairman engages youths, reaffirms commitment to empowerment

    ‎The Executive Chairman of Jaba Local Government Area of Kaduna State, Hon Larai Sylvia Ishaku, on Tuesday, held a strategic engagement with over 150 youths drawn from four wards within Kwoi, reaffirming her administration’s commitment to youth development and empowerment.

    ‎The youths, comprising mainly artisans and commercial motorcycle riders, commended the Chairperson for her developmental achievements across the local government and pledged their continued support for her administration and that of Kaduna State Governor, Senator Uba Sani.

    ‎Speaking during the meeting at the Dr. Mallam Moude Gyet Secretariat, Hon. Larai encouraged the youths to remain focused, hardworking, and committed to self-development. She shared her personal journey of resilience and determination, urging them to emulate distinguished sons and daughters of Jaba who have excelled in various fields of endeavor.

    ‎The Chairperson reiterated her commitment to supporting young people through education, skills acquisition, and business empowerment programmes aimed at improving their livelihoods and reducing social vices.

    ‎The youths expressed appreciation for the opportunities created by her administration, particularly the appointment of one of their own as Vice Chairman of the local government, and pledged their support for President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, Governor Uba Sani, Senator Sunday Marshall Katung, Rt. Hon. Amos Gwamna Magaji, Hon. Henry Marah, and Hon. Larai Sylvia Ishaku.

    ‎The meeting concluded with prayers and words of encouragement from the Chairperson, who wished the youths success in all their future endeavors
