‎Renowned business consultant, Dr Joe-Wealth Oseghale, has called on youths and professionals to pursue success with intentionality, strategy, and purpose.

‎Oseghale, an entrepreneur, spoke on Tuesday, at the NYSC secretariat in Lokoja, Kogi State, at the maiden edition of the Life Mastery summit powered by him to encourage the Youth to live a life of purpose.

‎The event doubled as a celebration of the youth development advocate’s new age and it attracted entrepreneurs, students, ministry leaders, professionals, business associates, mentees, and friends.

‎In his keynote titled ‘Mastering the principles of success in every area of life,’ Oseghale challenged participants to reject casual living and adopt discipline, preparation, and growth.

‎He described life as a battlefield against ignorance, poverty, mediocrity, and fear, and likened it to a marketplace where value determines reward.

‎“Many people fail because they approach life casually while the realities of life demand preparation, strategy, discipline, and growth.

‎”Failure is one of the greatest builders of success” because it develops resilience, emotional stability, character, wisdom, strength, and experience. Without failure, there can be no true success,” he stressed.

‎Oseghale unveiled the five pathways to success: decision pathway, purpose pathway, growth pathway, relationship pathway, and consistency pathway, drawing applause with practical examples and life lessons.

‎The panel session featured seasoned professionals who shared lessons from their journeys.

‎The Executive Director, Challenge Parenthood Initiative (CPI), Mrs Eunice Agbogun, emphasised the God Factor as the foundation for sustainable success.

‎On his part, Mr Joseph Gambo recounted how hunger and hardship drove him into entrepreneurship, advising youths that “Success happens when preparation meets opportunity.”

‎Dr Samuel Peter spoke on living a life of impact by consistently doing the right thing against all odds.

‎Mrs Adebola Nora Oseghale charged young women to build self-esteem, develop themselves, and pursue productivity and financial empowerment rather than waiting for validation through marriage.

‎Earlier in his charge, Pastor Usoro Usoro, read the vision behind the 2026 birthday celebration, noting the convener’s desire to transform his birthday into a platform for imparting knowledge and raising purpose-driven individuals.

‎A major highlight was the official launch of ‘Life Mastery with Dr Joe Wealth,’ a YouTube platform dedicated to teaching principles of success, personal development, leadership, entrepreneurship, marriage, purpose discovery, and wealth creation.

‎Participants were encouraged to subscribe and join the growing community.

‎Attendees described the summit as inspiring, practical, transformational, and timely, expressing appreciation for the quality of insights shared.

‎A major highlight was an entertainment session by renowned comedian St. Mosco, which brought laughter and excitement to the audience.

‎Video testimonies from friends, business associates, and mentees also moved attendees as they shared how Oseghale had impacted their lives through mentorship, business development, leadership training, and personal guidance.

‎The successful hosting of the Life Mastery Summit 2026 has positioned it as a promising platform for raising individuals equipped with the mindset, skills, values, and principles required for sustainable success and societal impact.
