President Bola Tinubu on Monday received the Minister of State for Finance-designate, Taiwo Oyedele, during an audience at the State House, Abuja.

Taiwo Oyedele, who met with President Tinubu for the first time following his appointment as Minister of State for Finance, had previously engaged the Nigerian leader in discussions on Nigeria’s fiscal reform agenda, public finance management, and strategies to enhance revenue generation.

Oyedele, who has been closely associated with the government’s tax and fiscal policy initiatives, is expected to support the Federal Ministry of Finance in driving reforms aimed at improving tax administration, expanding the revenue base and strengthening the country’s economic framework.
