The Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of the Nigerian Education Loan Fund (NELFUND), Mr. Akintunde Sawyerr, on Friday, February 13, 2025, paid a courtesy visit to President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, GCFR, to brief him on the Fund’s activities, achievements, and strategic plans.

During the meeting, Mr. Sawyerr provided updates on key milestones recorded by NELFUND and outlined forward-looking initiatives aimed at strengthening access to education financing for Nigerian students.

The engagement reaffirmed the Federal Government’s commitment to expanding access to quality education and enhancing financial support systems for students across the country.
