    First Bank deputy MD offloads 11.8m shares worth N366.9m

    The Deputy Managing Director of First Bank of Nigeria Limited, Mr. Ini Ebong, has offloaded shares of FBN Holdings Plc, the parent company of the bank.

    A regulatory notice from the Nigerian Exchange (NGX) Limited confirmed the transaction on Thursday.

    The sale, which occurred on Friday, December 12, 2025, involved 11,783,333 shares traded at N31.14 per share, amounting to approximately N366.9 million.

    Mr. Ebong, who studied Architecture at the University of Ife, holds Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees and was appointed Deputy Managing Director in June 2024.
