The Ground Breaking Ceremony of Glory Royal Redeem City Foundation (GRRC) and the official allocation of letters, attached with Survey Plans to subscribers has been held in Lokoja, Kogi State.
Performing the ground breaking ceremony and issuance of allocation paper to subscribers, the Pastor In charge of Redeemed Christian Church of God, Region 24, Pastor Francis Oluwalade, called on the subscribers to see the GRRC Estate as an emerging city that will be well planned to compete favourably with other developed Estates in the country.
Pastor Oluwalade made the disclosure at the Ground Breaking of the Estate located along at Okpache- Kungbani Community of Lokoja, located along Lokoja-Abuja Federal Highway, assured that the estate will be the best place to live when completed.
The Pastor In charge of the Region, described the occasion of the Ground Breaking Ceremony of the estate which started in 2019 as a dream come true, described the realization of the project as faith at work.
The Pastor In charge of Region 24 congratulated the Men’s Fellowship leadership of the RCCG in Region 24 for the initiative, likened the journey of the GRRC to the Story of the Israelites who God promised to posses Canaan Land, but said though the journey was tough, at the end, he said it was made by faith for the Israelites to posses the land.
Pastor Oluwalade described the GRRC as a faith project which had several challenges, however thanked the subscribers for their patience and understanding, lauded the Men’s Fellowship for staying the course, urged the subscribers to work by faith towards ensuring that the city is realized and to emerge as the best estate in the State Capital.
The Regional Pastor who admonished the subscribers with Psalms 127 vs 1, said except the Lord build a city, the labourer labours in vain, urged the subscribers to look up to God for the commencement and finishing of the estate as one that would be realized.
Speaking at the occasion, Surveyor General of Kogi State, Abolarin Michael Biodun, congratulated the RCCG Region 24 for the vision to build a well planned estate as laudable, cautioned subscribers against shifting beacons, if the intention of having a well planned estate is to be achieved.
In a welcome remarks, Pastor Odiba, who doubles as the RCCG Excellent Men President for Region 24, described the GRRCF as a unique estate with design to make it emerge as the best estate in the city of Lokoja.
Pastor Odiba described the GRRCF as a project of faith, will be beautifully planned and safe to live in, said the vision is to have one of the best city with facilities like Market, Major and Minor Roads, Police Station, Schools amongst other infrastructure, said it will be located on a 126 hectre of land, said the each plot has a survey plan attached with Certificate of Occupancy for each subscriber.
The Surveyor General described such action of shifting landmarks as offenses against God and the Government, described such acts as one that will attract God’s judgement hereafter and prosecution by the Government, described the beacon as property of the State Government.
Speaking, the subscribers expressed appreciation to the RCCG men’s fellowship, described the ground breaking and letters given to them as a fulfilment of a life time ambition of owning an accommodation, prayed God the leadership of RCCG Region 24 as well as the men’s fellowship.
