    Large number of unclaimed driver’s licences in Anambra – FRSC

    The Federal Road Safety Corps (FRSC) in Anambra State has urged motoring public and drivers who applied for the National Driver’s Licence to visit the Board of Internal Revenue (BIR) or any FRSC Driver’s Licence Centre within the state to collect their processed drivers’ licences.

    Sector Commander, Corps Commander Bridget Asekhauno, who disclosed this in a statement on Wednesday, acknowledged that recent checks shows that a large number of licences have been produced and awaiting collection.

    “Applicants are, therefore, encouraged to visit the Motor licensing Authority (MLAs) in the state. Timely collection of the Driver’s Licence helps ensure proper identification, enhances road safety, and prevents avoidable inconveniences during routine checks.

    “FRSC remains committed to ensuring a seamless licensing processes and the safety of all road users. For further inquiries, please contact any FRSC Driver’s Licence Centre or the nearest FRSC Command in Anambra,” the statement read.
