Naim Yazbeck, president, Microsoft middle east and east Africa, has said that First HoldCo and Microsoft have partnered to drive innovation across Nigeria and Africa.

In a statement on LinkedIn, Yazbeck said Femi Otedola, chairman of First HoldCo, and his board of directors visited Microsoft’s Dubai office, where they discussed the strategic partnership between Microsoft and First HoldCo.

“The group will accelerate its innovation with this partnership and together we can support innovation across #Nigeria and #Africa,” Yazbeck said.

“Olufemi’s philanthropy and impact across Nigeria and Afirca make this partnership a bigger responsibility.”

Yazbeck appreciated Otedola and the whole board team for the visit to Microsoft’s office.

First HoldCo Plc on November 29 announced the completion of the sale of its 100 percent stake in FBNQuest Merchant Bank Limited to EverQuest Acquisition LLP.
