I’m ndi-Anambra’s choice, says AAC candidate, Ifemeludike

Nollywood actor and African Action Congress (AAC) candidate, Chioma Ifemeludike, has declared herself “the people’s choice” ahead of Saturday’s governorship election in Anambra State.

In an interview with TVC, Ifemeludike, one of only two female candidates among 16 contestants, said her campaign focuses on security and human rights for Ndi Anambra.

Representing Idemili South Local Government Area in Anambra Central District, she criticised the state’s power rotation arrangement, arguing that it has stifled true democracy and progress.

Ifemeludike, who recently stirred controversy over an old campaign photo, said she remains undeterred, vowing to “shock the establishment” at the polls.

“I’m here for the people — not the power brokers,” she said. “This election is about who truly represents the hope of Ndi Anambra, and that’s what I stand for.”
