    Gov Fubara Dissolves Rivers State all cabinet

    Siminalayi Fubara, the Rivers State Governor on Wednesday dismissed all Commissioners and other public office holders affected by the recent Supreme Court judgment on affairs in the state.

    The Chief Press Secretary, Nelson Chukwudi, announced that the dissolution of the cabinet is effective immediately.

    According to the statement, the Governor during the private valedictory session with members of his cabinet at Government House, Port Harcourt expressed appreciation to the commissioners for their contributions and dedication to the growth and development of Rivers State over the past two years.

    The Governor, while highlighting the significance of Nigeria’s Independence, called on all Nigerians to join hands with President Bola Tinubu in building a peaceful, secure, and prosperous nation.

    He further restated his commitment to serve the people of Rivers State with renewed vigour, while extending his gratitude to citizens for their continued support, and wished Nigerians a joyful 65th Independence Anniversary.
