“For instance, AI can analyze vast amounts of data to predict potential hazards, enabling proactive measures to prevent accidents.
“AI-powered sensors can detect anomalies in real-time, alerting us to potential dangers just as digital platforms can streamline safety reporting, incident tracking, and compliance management.
“It can also enable organizations to respond swiftly to incidents and make data-driven decisions, “she said.
Obichukwuma told the management and staff that AI and Digitalization could transform their company’s workplace through predictive analytics and risk assessment.
She said that the cutting-edge technology could use devices like smart helmets, vests, and wristbands that monitor workers’ health and environmental conditions and send alerts in real-time to supervisors and workers, if thresholds are crossed.
She told them that computer vision and surveillance systems could detect unsafe behaviors or dangerous conditions.
“Tummy Tummy shall provide for its workers immersive safety training simulation for hazardous scenarios without actual risk. This will enhance learning and compliance with safety protocols.
“As we continue to leverage AI and digitalization, we must prioritize data quality and integrity to ensure accurate and reliable data. We must prioritize cyber security to protect sensitive information, among other things, “she added.
