Senior Special Assistant (SSA) to Governor Chukwuma Soludo on Political Mobilization, Chief Sir Jude Umunnakwe has charged All Progressives Grand Alliance (APGA) ward executives to ensure they mobilized all party faithful ahead of the November 8 governorship election.
Umunnakwe made this charge while playing host to the APGA ward executives in his county home at Ezira in Orumba South LGA of the state.
He described Soludo as very good brand that is very easy to sell following his outstanding achievements in office in just three years.
“The ward executives are the closest to the people at the grassroot, the projects and programs embarked upon by Gov Soludo are in your immediate environment, which makes it easier for you to mobilize the people.
“The mobilization should not just be for the members of our great party alone, there are secret faithful out there who doesn’t want to identify with any political party but who are lovers of good governance epitomize by the incumbent governor, they need to be mobilized too,” he asserted.
Umunnakwe who doubles as Convener of Soludo Solution Movement (SSM) charged the ward executives to start making other preparations that would ensure hitch free and successful conduct of the election in their wards.
“Election is a process, it’s not a one day thing, yes, the election would hold on November 8, 2025 as announced by the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) but the election day will be a culmination of all the processes ahead of the day,” he asserted.
In their separate speeches, Ezira ward chairman, Comrade Bartholomew Ogudo and Youth Leader, Hon Maduabuchi Ezembara described Umunnakwe as great mobilizer who is passionately committed to carrying everybody along.
The meeting was attended by Orumba South Local Government Area APGA Chairman, Hon Chike Nwafor and a host of other stakeholders in the area.
