God be the glory.”Popular Lagos socialite Emeka Okonkwo, also known as E-Money, has been freed by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, or EFCC.

On Tuesday night, E-Money was able to reclaim his freedom.

On Monday night, the anti-graft agency pulled up the businessman and socialite from his home in Lagos State’s Omole neighborhood.

Due to allegations of misusing the naira and foreign currencies, EFCC agents detained him and brought him to Abuja for interrogation.

But on Tuesday night, E-Money posted a notice of his release on Instagram.

“No tension, everything is good, I see all your love and support,” E-Money added. May God bless everyone.

The release of E-Money was also welcomed by fellow socialite Pascal Okechukwu, commonly known as Cubana Chief Priest.

Cubana Chief Priest posted on his Instagram account, “My brother doesn’t fall out.” To God be the glory.
