    Nigeria lists 17 athletes for 2025 world relays

    At the 2025 World Athletics Relays, 17 competitors from Nigeria will compete.

    Next month, the competition will take place in Guangzhou, China.

    There are nine female athletes and eight male athletes on the team.

    Team Nigeria will participate in the mixed 4×100- and 4×400-meter relays, as well as the men’s and women’s 4×100-meter competitions.

    The men’s 4x100m will include competition from Favor Ashe, Alaba Akintola, Karlington Anunagba, Udodi Onwuzurike, Fola Olaoye, and Usheoritse Itsekiri.

    Favour Ofili, Rosemary Chukwuma, Tobi Amusan, Umukoro Success, Tiana Eyakpobeyan, and Jennifer Chukwuka are on the list for the women’s 4×100-meter race.

    Favour Ofili, Umukoro Success, Favour Ashe, Alaba Akintola, Udodi Onwuzurike, and Rosemary Chukwuma are the six athletes that will compete for Nigeria in the mixed 4×100-meter relay.
